Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in La Grande

So my husband and I took his mother and brother to this location and it was their first time getting Duch Bros. They didn’t know what they wanted so we pulled up to the window to look at the menu. They were trying to ask questions about what was in the drinks. After we ordered it took a while for them to get us our dink’s the first one came out and they didn’t even tell us what it was. Then the second came out and we had to ask two times what it was and when we found out what it was it didn’t have whip cream on the the top like we had asked for. So we asked the lady if she could add the whip cream and she look so upset at us that we had asked her to do that. Then my drink came out and I said no whip cream and guess what I had gotten whipped cream. Then my mother in laws drink came out and she didn’t even get what she ordered. But we had had enough and left with what we had. Then to come out I didn’t even have all that I had ordered either. I think we will stick to Starbucks...

Do not go to this Dutch Bros. Employees here like to give themselves tips without consent or knowledge from the customer. When buying coffee here, I was told that it would be $3.50 at the window by a gentleman with an iPad (card reader didn't work) at my vehicle. When I got to the window, it suddenly became over $6. I said that that's not what the first gentleman said, despite it being the same coffee as I was the only person in line, and miraculously it was suddenly back to the original amount. If you're going to give yourself a tip and try to be sneaky, do a better job. I reported this associate to corporate Dutch Bros and not a care in the world was given. I can't imagine how much their employees literally steal from unsuspecting customers. Horrible behavior and given that corporate didn't care, I imagine this isn't a new phenomenon. Skip...

I was a customer at the Dutch Bros location in La Grande, OR while there attending a church conference at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church and received friendly service plus good coffee. What was even better was the service did not end there...after arriving home I noticed I did not have the receipt which I need for business record keeping. I called them and the girls there went the extra mile to help locate the receipt in their system and then because I do not live there they actually sent the receipt to me so that I could print it off here at home. What a great bunch of employees who went above and beyond just selling coffee and offering friendly service! Thank you all for your efforts and generous...
