Taco Time — Restaurant in La Grande

My husband and I were driving to Washington and everytime we drove by these we said we we're going to stop by so we finally did. Nadi I believe was the woman's name was absolutely awesome!! She was in there by herself running the drive thru and walkin making food and drinks. She kept apologizing for us having to wait but we insisted she take her time as we used to be GMs of a pizza shop so we understand business and having to work solo. Very clean comfortable atmosphere. Bathrooms clean lobby clean and stocked for customers. The service was great and the price wasn't bad either. Spent less then $25 for 2 people cuz she gave us her discount after we started chatting abiut our trip (She didn't have to do that but appreciated so we gave her a tip). I came in to place an order. The young lady taking my order was amazing! Unfortunately the off duty manager, and another young boy just couldn't stop joking about how little he makes. Announcing it multiple times in the restaurant. Yes it was about a half hour away from closing time, but he acted as if his gabbing was more important than a customer. The off duty manager just kept it going instead of stopping him. Thank you too the young lady that was polite enough to help me with my order. And she was the one that apologized for his actions. I'm an out of state customer that loves this establishment. I will be back for another try. I hope they don't deter other loyal customers. Have not eaten the food yet. Waiting on my order in the car because my dog was not allowed. According to the girl at the front counter service dogs are not allowed in this Taco Time because the new owner is not from this area? Apparently they have not read the PWD which states every business even all restaurants must allow a service dog into a restaurant. This is not a state to state basis This is a national law. So if the owner is reading this and also there's no writing on the door indicating any such rule you should probably get a sign that says you are not following the rules of the government. This is for anybody that wants to stop at this Taco Time with a disability and also has a service dog. I'm hoping the food is better than the hospitality.
