Starbucks — Restaurant in La Grande

Predictable, reliable, clean, and corporate. If you've been to one Starbucks, you've pretty much seen them all.

On the upside, they're affordable, close to my office and I have learned that people will do things for coffee that they wouldn't do for the five bucks it took to buy the drink to begin with. Also, I DEEPLY appreciate that Starbucks doesn't train their baristas to act as if the simple act of caffeinating is an invitation to make small. At 6:30 AM I prefer a barista who can't get my name right on my coffee cup over one who can see I'm in a suit, on a Tuesday, and yet still inquires about my plans for the day.

There's only one person at Safeway Starbucks in the grand that will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need how you wanted because you pay for it now the rest of them including the bigger bossish kind of lady absolutely despise told me I couldn't have the coffee the way I wanted it she told me I couldn't even pay for the cup of what was left over for my daughter she wanted to argue with me and she was really rude and I called her a b** because that's not how you treat customers and now anytime I see her you know she'll...

I can tell you every time I ask for extra carmel in my coffee every other coffee place hasn't gotten it right . This starbucks is the first one ever to make my coffee the way I like it . It has happened twice now and I am very grateful for them to listen . No joke every other coffee place including other starbucks have never gotten it right . Great job team Starbucks at La Grande...
