It's with great pain that I give a 1 star review but this location has got to improve drivethru efficiency . I use the app to order ahead in the hope of efficiency (after all apps tend to aim for that ) but the drivethru line is horrible first you order on the app and it usually gives a 10 minute window (which is fine ) but then you when you get to the drivethru line you have people placing orders (which is fine if they dont want to use the app ) and have to wait 30 minutes just to check in to let them know your here after that you have to wait another 10-20 minutes to get your drink. Perhaps the drivethru lane should be separated in two app order & order at the store . This whole process should not take over an hour
**An update after an hour of waiting in line I had the leave (without my drinks )In the area where the two lines merge ( would of been another 10 minutes wait from that point. I had to pick up my daughter from school at 4:30 in Brea and take my other daughter to a practice in LA at 5:30 this place made me late for both . Well, $20 lesson learned make sure you don't have any commitments when going to this location . Not sure if anyone in management cares about efficiency

Yall should band together with the other stores and form a union, because they are clearly profits over people.
What I really truly do not understand is why these girls are not taken care of while they work outside. This is not the PNW, and why they didnât built this location with it in mind it would be busy and these workers are outside unprepared. Take notes from chick-fila they have SHADE, JACKETS, HATS, WATER FOR THEIR WORKERS. IT IS ONLY APRIL AND ITS 84 degrees what are you going to do for them in 95+ degree weather in the summer?!? It makes no sense how a location can be constantly busy I donât understand is how can you NOT invest in your workers health and safety.    Read moreI love Dutch bros so much! I have there stickers on my car and Iâm so happy they came down to cali but it has been such a disappointment not only at this location but others! Order ahead is a dumb process! You place your order but still have to go âcheck inâ at the window and wait another 20-45 minutes for your drink itâs pointless! Then you better hope your drink is made right because youâre going to have to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to remake it ! Especially at this location! Itâs currently a Monday at 8:37 I arrived at 8:03 my drink was supposed to be ready at 8:13 and they messed up my drink and had to remake it and it is still not ready! I finally got my drink and itâs now 8:45! Itâs also extremely hard to tell where the mobile order line is and the regular line ! If you have to get back into line to check in and still wait with everyone else for your drinks to be made for 40 minutes thereâs no point of ordering ahead ! Low staff! It seems like they donât have enough people working and workers seem burned out and not happy to be there đ I feel so bad for them every time ! They seem exhausted just trying to get through the day!
