Piara Pizza — Local services in La Habra

I went to try it for the first time I walked in and tried to place my order. The girl did not understand what I was saying so she got somebody else. It took her three times then when they gave me my order, it was wrong so then they went and got this older gentleman And told me that my order was right I said no it is not right. I told him I didn’t want hot wings oh, they’re not hot. Yes they’re hot. I can see it on them. He started screaming at telling me I should learn how to order and that’s why he’s there because he knows what he’s doing, and I told him maybe you should be at the counter taking the orders and he came out from behind the counter following me out the door, acting crazy taking pictures of my car taking pictures of me. I should’ve called 911 because actually, I wasn’t sure if he was gonna hit me and in today’s world that’s not good to have somebody chasing you I’m a 70 year-old woman. I don’t need some crazy man coming out chasing me like that will never ever suggest this place to anybody. The food sucked anyway customer service is horrible no personality. Service is always hit and miss. They never have "ready made" pizza. This last visit, and i do mean last, was absolutely horrible! I stood there for almost 10 minutes, while one girl was changing TV channels trying to find something to watch, she looked at me twice and never acknowledged me. Another lady was making dough and talking on her cellphone, and finally a third came out threw my order together, And never once apologize, or tried to make things better. This seems to be normal...

Customer service is starting to go before ppl were friendly. Now they just want to argue with you about everything 3 ppl so far one man with glasses one new girl and one I think manager woman. The only nice person who I've encountered is the owner and one short lady who makes the pizzas haven't seen her in a while though. Owner do better with hires.
