This is a different time for dinning out so keeping that in mind I'll do my best to rate this restaurant. Unlike other places there are no tables and umbrellas set up for outdoor dining. Of course I'm not privy on how difficult it is to do that here. However we've been supporting other restaurants that we frequent by eating there in spite of the high temps. I wish it was possible to eat here because it'll be a win/win situation for them and for us. We're tired of being home and it would give us a chance to get out and have a warm meal while supporting this fine establishment. The staff is still great and you can't say enough about the pies which is all we're picking up at this time. It's a distance from our home so it doesn't work out and eating in the car just isn't the same. If you live nearby I encourage you to pick up your grub from here. We can't afford to lose this...

The food was better than expected and I will return for the food alone. They had food items on the menu that other MC locations do not. My favorite; artichoke mushroom chicken dinner is not on the MC orange location so I will drive the extra 25 minutes to come here. The size of their muffins are oddly huge. We had banana cream, lemon and peach pie. The crust on the lemon and banana cream were burnt but the filling was good. Peach pie was good.
Service was extremely friendly but slow. Maybe they aren’t scheduling staff appropriately bc my otherwise great waitress was helping tables on opposite sides of the building. WE HAVE SUPPORTED THIS MARIE CALLENDERS LOCATION FOR THE PAST 15 MONTHS BY ORDERING TAKEOUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. WE HAVE TRIED TO ALSO SUPPORT THE SERVERS BY LEAVING 20-25% TIPS WHEN ORDERING. NOW THAT 100% OCCUPANCY IS APPROVED THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE IS DELAYING RE-OPENING TO SAVE MONEY BY NOT RE-HIRING SERVERS OR INCREASING HOURS OF CURRENT SERVERS!
