This evening I was on Beach blvd attempting to go to RC's drive through but the cars were getting to be in the street. So I felt this wouldn't be safe, So I parked my car next door at Black Bear Dinner and walked over to canopy to place an order instead of in side. I placed my order a littler after 7:00 pm. the attendant then asked me to stand on a square #3. I was watching to see if I would have stayed in the drive thru line if that would be faster. It looks like ti would have because the car that I would have been behind went through the drive through and I still didn't get my food. Also I noticed that a person that ordered food after I did received their food before me. ( I thought it was because it was 3 meals w/drinks and they only ordered 1), Then it happened again #2, and again #3. Now i was very upset.....Now my order came and I asked the runner why my food was delayed when 3 other folks received their order...Her reply was that there was a back up in the kitchen and they had a tail gate party? She did apologize however she was running back to the kitchen and it seemed she really didn't care about my dissatisfaction on the service I received. I did mention while she was running away from me to let her manager know about this. Who know if she did or not. Most likely some people don't care about the service we receive but I do. I work too hard for my money to get service like this. It will be a long time before I hand over my hard earned $$$ to...

While my kids absolutely love this place, my personal experience has been mixed. The chicken tenders, while lacking seasoning or flavor, are apparently intentional and cater to those who prefer milder tastes. They don’t offer anything healthy.

Despite not being my first choice, I find myself here frequently with my teens, appreciating the convenience and generally friendly service. However, there's room for improvement, particularly in customer service when mistakes occur.

During my last visit, I split the order into two payments, but they forgot to give me one of the items. Upon calling and returning to the restaurant, the manager initially offered an upgrade for the inconvenience, but the process was far from smooth. Despite mentioning the manager's name, the staff seemed unaware and unprepared to rectify the mistake.

After several attempts and explanations, we were directed to the drive-through where we had to reiterate our situation. The cashier was visibly frustrated and rude, even referring to our meal as "free" until corrected. It took the involvement of multiple employees before we finally received our missed item.

Overall, while the food may cater to certain tastes, the restaurant could greatly benefit from improved training in customer service and...

Kids again. Just a bad attitude. They feel smart but or no smarter than what they are. What happens when a mom and dad struggles in life... so does the kid.. now the world has to put up with it. Lukily we don't live in midievel times or the kids and the parents would be. Its not a joke not caring about your life and the world. I am not a saint but I appreciate what I have and the smallest of things around me. The coorperation knows who they hire. That's why I am no longer going to Canes. The attitude is too far gone and too insignificant to change for this place thats why I don't support this chain or any other one that is not productively trying to get better. Try me in any shape or form but the truth is mine. Have a great day everyone and try to work on making this place better please. Most of parents and grandparents didn't, whether there fault or not. They didn't. I am. See how passionate I am about things imagine being on the opposite opinion of mine. Schooling and your ethics better be fresh. Sup gov. Sup loosinglurkers. Hi ema. If u don't agree with me you probably have a bad job( for lack of better words ), a bad partner or don't know how to let a grudge go...

I have been coming to this location since it's opened. I've tried other locations but they don't compare to this spot. The food is always fresh and hot. They don't ever miss my families "specific way of ordering" which is nice to not have to worry about double checking my order😌 (I have worked fast food so I know what it's like to be "that customer" and know what it's like to deal with "that customer" 😅 Anywho, I really appreciate the excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere and all around smiles with every visit. I live near two other locations but don't mind driving 20+ minutes here. Keep up the awesome work! &&&& Shout out to Demetrius for the great sense of humor and being so attentive to my sister's order 🙌🏽 I didn't hear any complaints on the way home 🫶🏽😊🤙🏽 We ordered from the drive through and dined in the car🔥

I was fascinated at the atterntion this location gets throughout the weekend. THe line literally wraps around into the street. In order to park and dine in, you must wait in the drive thru line first. one you drive in more closer to the drive thru, you can route to the parking lot which there is never parking. Good thing or Bad thing? I look at this as a good thing because Raising Canes provides many parking paces they are just very popular and high in demand. There Menu is very simple and straight to the pint. Kind of reminds me of a In-n-Out. Only difference is , the different culture of food. Everything on the menu is to die for. Just make sure you orders enough magic sauce because the portions are small and must be paid for. other than that great place, great vibes, Great food!

First time at Cane's and it was pretty good. The chicken was ok, it lacked flavor and the breading was falling off before I even touched it. I'm guessing it was due to still have a lot of oil from the fryer. But the flavor was missing. The Texas toast, fries and sauce were good just hoped the same flavor consistency translated over to the chicken. Everyone gets a bad batch every now and then that turn us away from a place but like I said it was possibly due to just coming out of the fryer. I will be back to try it again and give an updated review, but for now this place still deserves a good rating. The staff was very friendly and were constantly cleaning tables and the floor which I appreciate greatly.
