I was having a hard time trying to find a location of this place on Yelp because it's only had two stars and then it makes sense to me because of the service I received. Or, actually, I'd like to say didn't receive. All 16 of the girls working or at least it seems like 16 or maybe that was just their age we're louder than the entire floor of the restaurant totally destroying the Ambiance and with your typical Starbucks. In between their gossip you could hear Manic cackles from one of the women working well not really working I have to say. I used the restroom at this establishment and about 2 minutes in I heard pounding at the door from multiple workers here asking if I was okay. I was okay. After finishing what I had to do using Starbucks Wi-Fi mini customers do I begin to pack my stuff to head out. One of the female workers, who am I kidding they're all female walked past me in white down the community table. When she looked at me in the face I couldn't tell if she was trying to hit on me or if what she was wiping was kind of dirty either way it looked like she had something dirty on her mind. I'm super serious and I want everyone to know that just because your clicked up working at Starbucks doesn't mean people passing by such as myself should deserve such treatment Groove I'm afraid to ask for a couple water because they'll probably roll their eyes when I do, and after I returned to my seat they continue to gossip about me behind my back. I'm only giving this restaurant two stars over one for the fact that some of the workers are actually doing a good job and don't deserve to be discredited by any means. Read moreRude crew and careless in morning shift say around 4:50am elderly blonde looking with glasses(which I'm sure she didn't made my drink i can see she been prepping dealing with some very light paper i didn't pay attention well) but she had such an attitude all because i asked for more caramel which i learned eventually they where running out which explains there was hardly any caramel in my drink to begin with. . But when she squeezed the bottle just few small drops came out and she said"there" waved her hand as in that's enough. . I was like wow. . So many but i mean majority of times I've been experiencing similar bad/ negative experiences with starbucks now. And i have read several bad reviews and I'm beginning to beleive starbucks don't care and why after all only growing bigger. 😒😪 At least consider having new and old crews take a crash course in how to do good customer service!🙏🙏🙏
Oh and they need to stop making several mistakes then get angry say like on a green tea latte i know i mentioned light ice so they put ton of it instead. Only because i have a look "like I'm so tired of this repeated mistake again!🙄😠😵 " on my face doesn't mean she or he should scoop it out and only add more milk and lighten my tea up without fixing it or re-doing it(especially that i did wanted few scoops extra). Read moreI come to this star bucks every other morning at 5 am on my route to work and every time Alyssa works she has an attitude. She needs an attitude adjustment or needs a better shift! Went to get a replacement drink, courtesy of Diane who was more than happy to replace it after it was watery the day before. Went in and just got this look like making a free coffee was to much of a task to do at 5 am. Drink was ready and she throws the straw down and walks away with a snobby attitude. Talk about customer service?! I understand an attitude like that when there is a rush between 7:30-9am but there was no one in the store ordering coffee and only two cars in the drive thru which another barista was taking care of. I love this Starbucks because they often make the drinks I like them but with an attitude like that... Id rather wake up earlier and sit in a high traffic...
