I had a board meeting today that I needed catering for, and Carly absolutely knocked it out of the park! I asked for a variety of foods as I had some picky eaters and some dietary restrictions, and Wild Roots made an amazing assortment of Bahn Mi sandwiches with chicken and pork, those were incredible! For me the protein bowl was a huge hit cause it was light and healthy but filled with flavor. She added some fried pot stickers and egg rolls which were a huge hit!!
