I have been a regular patron of this Starbucks branch, and I am consistently impressed by the exceptional service and atmosphere this location offers. Despite being a bustling hub, the team manages to deliver prompt service without compromising on quality.

The staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in their helpful and kind demeanor. In particular, Mary stands out with her warmth and positivity. Her consistent warm greetings and cheerful disposition make each visit a pleasure. Interacting with her assures me of the care and quality invested in her work and the customer.

The drive-thru, while occasionally experiencing backups, remains a convenient option for those on the go. However, I on occasion I do find that walking in can be a quicker alternative when they're busy.

Cleanliness is another hallmark of this location. The premises are consistently neat and well-maintained, reflecting the team’s commitment to providing a pleasant environment.

As expected from Starbucks, the quality of coffees and food is top-notch, maintaining the brand’s reputation for consistency and taste. While it is fast food, the experience at this location elevates it to a worthy indulgence.

So anyway, this Starbucks branch shows off with excellence in service, cleanliness, and product quality. The awesome staff, especially Mary, ensure that each visit is enjoyable...

I got a cold brew and they forgot the syrup but, the lady in the drive thru was so nice. I mean I brought it back as I drove off and tasted it was missing the syrup plus the extra that I asked for..but no problem she was so nice. I mean goes over and beyond. Good workers in there. Good attitude. Very polite and goes extra mile. That's a good worker. Greeting and service wise. Young man didn't greet but he's very task focused and so that's good too. Will be back . I should have tipped.. im new here lol.. .I barely go to Starbucks but got hooked 3 x now on the White chocolate macadamia nut cold brew.O my goodness... It is kind of odd that the app says all of the locations are out of ALL COLD BREWS ... so dont let that stop u. Im New to the app too.fresh out the cave here. But I'm glad they had it. I’ve always gone out of my way to go to this location because their service & drinks were always great. However, this past year this location has gone completely down hill. The service is now extremely slow to the point that even if you order ahead through the mobile app you will still be waiting another 10mins for your order to be ready. The service is horrible. With every visit i’ve made here there never fails to be an employee with an attitude. No greeting, no you’re welcome, have a nice day or anything. The young lady with a buzz cut & blonde hair at the register is rude & acts bothered for doing her job that she’s paid to do.
