I referred this venue to the bride and unfortunately regret doing so. From the start, communication was poor, disorganized, and often delayed. One of the biggest issues was the constant changes to the timeline, which created major inconveniences for everyone involved.

We were initially promised an 8 AM setup time ,this was confirmed multiple times but it was later changed to 9 AM, and then again to 10 AM on the actual wedding day. Many of us had taken time off work or rearranged schedules to accommodate the original plan, so this last-minute change threw everything off. Our entire setup window was disrupted, and it affected the flow of the day significantly.

To make matters worse, the venue tried to charge more by suddenly claiming it was a "wedding" even though they were aware of this from day one. That kind of bait-and-switch approach is incredibly unprofessional.

Adding to the frustration, the morning of the wedding they scheduled a virtual tour with a new client during our designated setup time. This lack of consideration for the bride and her team on such an important day is unacceptable.

Weddings are already stressful enough without these kinds of surprises. Last-minute changes, lack of responsiveness, and poor attention to detail only add to the anxiety for everyone involved.

While the wedding itself turned out beautifully thanks to the bride and bridal party, the venue made the planning process much more difficult than it needed to be.

Unless there are significant improvements in professionalism, communication, and honoring commitments, I cannot recommend this venue to others. No one should have to deal with this level of disorganization during such a special and...

The venue itself is nice for the price, but unfortunately, our experience was impacted by poor execution of the agreed-upon rental terms. Despite paying for a 5-hour event, staff began putting up chairs after 4 hours, which gave guests the impression that the event had ended early. This was disappointing and cut our baby shower short. Additionally, while the contract outlines a $200 damage deposit, only $100 was refunded despite no damages occurring. Traditionally deposits are fully refundable.. that's just strange and sneaky even if it is disclosed. Be aware that the location is near a noisy highway, and you may not receive the full rental time you paid for. I would recommend clarifying expectations thoroughly before booking, wish we did. I am very disappointed with the costumer service for this venue. After looking around for affordable venues with availability, this place was recommended to me. I called the number for several days without being able to speak to someone. I finally texted the number to get more info but did not get a response until A WEEK after. They asked for my email I still gave it to them however, after checking my email day after day I never received an email.
