Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in La Palma

I went through the drive thru on 3/30/21. I ordered a plain hamburger meal combo and a big chicken filet sandwich. I got the food but I didn't check what was in the bags until I got home. The person who packed the food put the wrong sandwich in one of my bags. My big chicken filet wasn't in the bag. Instead there was another burger with jalapenos and cheese. I went back to the restaurant to get the big chicken filet sandwich that I ordered. I showed the woman at the front counter my receipt and explained that part of my order was wrong and I wanted my sandwich. She said that she remembered the order because they were 2 separate orders. She argued that she wanted me to show her proof that the order wasn't right.She was so sure that she put the correct food in the bags. She wanted the jalapeno burger back. I didn't bring the food back because I had opened the boxes. I told the cashier that I didn't want any money back. I just wanted the missing sandwich. I didn't understand what the big deal was. I asked to speak to her manager and she said was in charge. I finally got what I wanted. I don't want to come back to this location again....

at my work they had some different coupons I chose Carl's jr. My wife likes burgers that you can see the meat not the ones where the patty looks more like a sausage patty with lettuce tomato and onions so i got the coupon for the thickburger after church we stopped by Carl's jr. There was no wait we're able to order and pick up her food pretty quick the guy that took our order and gave us some food was very friendly it was almost a perfect trip when I got home I also ordered some taquitos with a side of guacamole guess what no guacamole about a 15-minute drive back to the place it was only a $1.25 so I decided forget it I'm not going back the taquitos would have tasted better with the guacamole the thickburger was good my wife was happy thats the bottom line ( married men you know...

10:30Am 9/14/23 Cashier short changed when I order food. She did not print receipt, hand me a wrong receipt and short change by $10. She needs to be fire. She shouldn't be cashier for drive through... There isn't anyone but me ask me to drive around to the front and then short change.
