Pho Ly Quoc Su — Restaurant in La Palma

Awful experience. Ambient and service were terrible. The sauce plates were dirty, covering with dirt and grease. Spoons were not clean. Minimal to no AC. The noise from the fan was super loud. Music was also very loud and annoying. The wall was covered with dirt. Waited for LOOOOOOOOOOng time for the check to arrive. They did not acknowledge me that they shorted my change. If you want to have a decent dinner after a long day of work, don't bother to come here. I would recommend driving another two miles to Pho Tasty in Cerritos. This place doesn't care about their business and customers. Given all that, the owner was there watching the TV without attending...

Awful. Second time visiting here since a long time ago and it was just horrendous. The one star is for portion and cleanliness. The place wasn’t even A/C’d before I got into the restaurant because no one was there. The people who worked there had loud Vietnamese karaoke clips on from YouTube blasting on a speaker and it was not pleasant. One of the workers didn’t even bother to turn it off and kept watching. I’ve been to most of the pho restaurants around the La Palma and Cypress area, and this one’s by far the best. It’s the kind of hidden gem I almost want to keep to myself, but I really hope the place keeps thriving....
