Tony's BBQ & Steakhouse — Restaurant in La Porte

We go in this underwood location frequently. I've bragged to others about this Location. Busy Work Week and Saturday Today. We went again around 530 pm. There was only one other customer in the Restaurant. You would assume there would be plenty of table's clean probably ur pick of table's. Not the case honestly there was possibly 4 to 5 table's Clean sort of. The rest of table's were trashed food obviously been on these table's a while. The table we set at had to move old food. As we step to counter to order food in Hot Table was old and crusty looking for sides. No biggie ordered our typical all Steaks. When they came out wrong sides and everytime our food as been piping hot, not this time. Not once did anyone ask if we needed anything. Worst Bake cold potato. Just sloppy Service, Food and nasty smell from 85% of Table nasty still. We will come back hope someone put a fire under sometime backside. Stuff happens when good management isn't present. Get...

I have been getting bbq from Tony's for many years here in La Porte. I called yesterday evening and placed a to go order for a 3 meat plate. I asked the person who took the order if there was cajun rice available and she responded yes. I also asked for rolls and jalapeno bread. Upon arriving my order was not started and I was then told the rice had to be prepared and would be a while until ready.I got brisket that had no flavor and was tough, same with the sausage. The chicken was dried out, and the green beans in place of the rice also was flavorless! There were no rolls available and the jalapeno bread was so stale that it actually crumbled when I took a bite. Most likely I will not return to Tony's for bbq again,especially nowadays when we as customers spend our money it's very disappointing when the entire meal is not what you paid for and expected. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!! We ordered two meals. The half pound burger for my husband and a bbq baked potato for me. After 10mins of ordering AND PAYING, my husband gets his food. We sit and wait for my baked potato for 30mins and nothing. My husband goes to ask for how much longer for my food lady says, it should be quick. Another 30MINUTES go by and still nothing!!!! Husband goes back to ask why it's taking so long since already about 10 people have come and gone and we're still waiting for my food. Girl says, oh "You wanted a baked potato? I thought you were just asking if we had it"

HOW ARE WE GOING TO PAY FOR FOOD JUST YO ASK FOR IT?!!!!! We asked for our money back but they only gave the money for the baked potato they never made for me!
