Go somewhere else if possible. I went to switch my phone lines to metro, lady there was really “helpful” and helped me get 3 lines for $90 which was their deal going on now. She didn’t provide any receipts of plan we chose and didn’t even inform me of a pin and account number to pay my phone online. I had to call customer service and come to find out she put me in whatever plans she wanted I was gonna pay $150 a month and she added insurance coverage on all my lines without my consent. Metro customer service helped me out by crediting my account for next month and change my account info thankfully but this is a shady business.. just go somewhere else where they don’t try to make you overpay for...
