Bullritos La Porte — Restaurant in La Porte

I placed an order in person today for a nacho bowl. I asked for the chips on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy since I drove from Pasadena to La Porte. When I looked in my bag, there was a tiny bag of “chips on the side.” I asked the girl taking the order if that was all the chips that typically are in a nacho bowl. She stated that since I asked for them on the side, I only get 3oz (approximately 6-8, maybe 10 chips) I asked to speak to a manager and she was not available. Instead, the young lady taking the orders asked me to step to the side so she could help the customer behind me. I was a little taken back since I WAS a customer as well. They offered to sell me their standard size Bag of chips (which wasn’t that much more that the 3oz size) for $2. I went ahead and purchased it so I could have enough chips to enjoy my dinner. Another employee approached the counter and stated that “Maria” the manager, said she could give me another 3oz bag, this time only. I declined, since I had already purchased more chips. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and quantity given for the nacho bowl if the chips are requested on the side. Unfortunately this will be my last time eating Bullritos. I've been going to this Bullritos for about 3 years now. I've gotten the free bowl after 10 meals multiple times over. I have to say the last 3 visits have been below par. I forgo the rice and beans and only ask for extra sauteed peppers and onions. That can't seem to do extra. I don't even care if it costs extra (which it shouldn't). One total slice of pepper was what I got with a few onions. The last three times the grilled chicken has been disgustingly dry. The meat proportion has been getting increasingly small. With this last one being very sparse. The cilantro ranch has turned to water now. Not sure what has happened to make this downward turn of quality. This is sad to see. It was one of...

I absolutely would love to give 5 stars but I did have one issue, the "roasted corn" that I requested was not roasted it seemed like it was straight from the can to the bullrito, I also requested sour cream and that was not present in my bullrito. And my girl ordered the bowl with chicken but they put steak aswell in there, no complain because she likes steak but I feel like they should always be extra careful incase someone doesn't like steak With that said the flavors are amazing, I definitely will be back. Hopefully by then the corn will be roasted and I will actually receive sour cream. But the burrito is huge...
