This place is disgusting the blankets had other people’s hairs on it they have what looks like cigarette burns the carpet is filthy the light in the bathroom kept turning off and it would only turn on whenever it wanted to there was black dots on the blanket I hope they’re not bed bugs am unsure about that the toilet paper is super thin you have to use a lot of it to be able to wipe yourself the dresser has 3 drawers only 1 had handles to be able to use it and I turned the heater on it smelled like something was burning smelled bad, the only good thing about the room was it has a small fridge a table you can use as a desk and a couch but overall I don’t think am ever coming back here again!!!!

I reserved a deluxe room with kitchenette for 2 nights online for $152 and change with tax total got my confirmation and everything. Arrive at motel for them to charge me $204. On top of that i asked for a reciet and was told that my confirm email was my reciet. We get to the room and its not even what we reserved. There was no kitchenette. There wasnt even a fridge for that matter. When we try to talk to staff about it they say u got to wait til morning to talk to someone. The room was subpar at best furniture needs to be replaced. Hole in the wall. The only actual good thing was the tv.

This motel doesn’t have computer system to deal with your online orders. They got the world's most thin toilet paper, you need to be very careful not harming your butt when you use those paper. Plus we need to charge the phone lying them down on the floor. But if some deserted car’s anti-theft sound didn’t go on and on like 4 hours, I wound not write the review. The owner won’t do anything about the sound and let his customer call 911..

I found myself working late in City of Industry and my budget is tight. I went and found an excellent rate at Industry Inn & Suites on the internet. I booked a non-smoking room with a King sized bed. I saw that the reviews kept commenting on how clean the rooms were. For me, that's really the most important thing when I stay at a hotel. I became very skeptical when I checked in. The area didn't feel very safe, and the hotel is next to train tracks (yes, the train comes through at night). I walked into the lobby to find 2" of glass between me and the woman working behind it. That was the first sign that maybe I made a mistake staying here. I checked in, got my card key and went to my room.||||IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE, DO NOT STAY HERE. ||||The reviews were right. The room was very clean, as was the bed. Stayed here for 2 nights as we were heading to Arizona, this was nearby Frank and Sons Collectible show, so figured, why not. Some reviews were good and some were iffy, when we checked in the clerk was not very talkative and it looked we interrupted him or something, was able to get our rooms. ||||Walked in the room and it was nothing like the pictures. I mean, there were 2 queen beds, but the room looked like they were still fixing it up. There were no amenities, like no Microwave, no tissue, no pen or pad to write anything down. The bathroom was really small and the towels were downright just sandpaper. Smelled clean but there were stains that couldn't be removed I guess, that just went onto the floor, luckily there was another towel. ||||Room was not very quiet either, can here people talking outside in the parking lot and sounded like the train tracks were on the other side of the wall. The air conditioner worked and it worked pretty well. TV was nice as well. The WiFi was horrible, just took forever to make a connection just to look up...
