Overall, I had an amazing experience here with my friend! We had the premium AYCE package. The food tasted fresh and delicious, not too rice-heavy. It was a BIT pricey though, at 40$+ a person for premium AYCE. In comparison, you could go to somewhere like Umi buffet for 50$ and have the same sushi rolls, sashimi, etc, with even more variety. I'm not sponsered haha, just my opinion. As for service, the servers geninunely seemed to care about our experience. Our server was named Johnny and was very kind and patient when explaining to us how AYCE worked. He even ran out to get me after I left something there! Wow...the quality of the fish is so high so that I was pleasantly surprised to find them in a AYCE environment. The extra 10 dollars for the prime is so worth it. The manager Alex and owner Andrew are so informed about the food and sake. You will notice that the fish to ratio on a sushi is so right...like 10 to 1.
