Hardee’s — Restaurant in La Vergne

MADE ME SICK! I'M VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND FIGURED I'D GET A COUPLE OF BURGERS. SOME GUY NAMED JOHN SERVED ME MY FOOD AT THE DRIVE-THRU. WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER EATING IT MY STOMACH WAS GOING NUTS.. I GOT DIARRHEA.. I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP. I WAS IN THE MOTEL NEARBY. THE FOOD TASTED FINE BUT THERE WAS DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. SO I FOUND THE RECEIPT IN MY VEHICLE THIS AFTERNOON AFTER MEETINGS ALL DAY. I HAD TO GO TO THE RESTROOM SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE OF HARDEES. I CALLED THE GUY NAMED JOHN AND HE COULD NOT CARE LESS! I'M NOT AN ANGRY PERSON. HE WAS VERY RUDE- DID NOT APOLOGIZE -AND SAID HE DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE HE'S NOT GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE... (AFTER I SAID: "I DON'T WANT TO GET YOU IN TROUBLE"). HE OFFERED ME THE MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER- BUT I'LL JUST WAIT TILL TOMORROW AND GO SEE THE MANAGER IN PERSON. NO WONDER I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID TO MY FOOD, BUT IT MADE ME EXTREMELY SICK. AND HIS ATTITUDE IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FOOD! I SPOKE WITH HIM ON THE PHONE A FEW MINUTES AGO (1/22/24) ...AND HE IS A TOTAL JERK! I WILL BE CONTACTING MANAGEMENT TOMORROW BEFORE I LEAVE TOWN FOR SURE. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY HARDEE'S ANYWHERE IN AMERICA UNTIL I POPPED INTO THIS ONE. I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE WHO MIGHT BE CONSIDERING EATING FOOD THERE AFTER DARK WHEN THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY! DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE! HE SEEMED NICE WHEN HE GAVE ME MY FOOD AT THE DRIVE-THRU BUT THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR WHATEVER HE DID TO THE FOOD! HE TOLD ME ON THE PHONE: "THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS". IF HE WOULD HAVE APOLOGIZED.. EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE AND I WOULD NOT HAVE LEFT THIS REVIEW. HE SAYS HE CANNOT GET IN TROUBLE. I HOPE HE DOES.. BECAUSE HE DESERVES IT FOR HIS ATTITUDE!!! NOT EVEN CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I WAS SICK AS A DOG! I WILL ADD AN UPDATE AFTER I SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER TOMORROW. IF THAT IS NOT SATISFACTORY I CERTAINLY WILL CONTACT CORPORATE! ONLY I KNOW HOW SICK IT MADE ME AND EVIDENTLY I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES. He also said he is the manager but he certainly did not seem like a manager...

The small double cheeseburger beef was not able to be eaten because the beef was overcooked and had been sitting there was not fresh the cheese was melted to the bottom of the box as if they had put the burgers in a microwave and the Buns on the burgers look like somebody had smash the sandwich, I had to go back in to get an order of fries that was missing from my order I'm doing. When I first pulled up no one welcome me or ask how they could help me I sat there for two to three minutes and then finally I started saying hello. I know they had the order correct because I saw it on the screen and the male that had taken the order repeated and he at least asked me was there anything else and then told me to pull around to the window for the total because I had coupons. The young girl at the window never said hello I gave her the coupons she told me the am am I owed I gave her the money and when she gave me the change I never even got a thank you she closed the window and turned around without saying anything. The onion rings were burnt and cold the only thing that turned out to be good was the fries that I had to go back in and get and then the young girl (which was another girl) acted as if she didn't believe me and looked at my receipt I opened the bag so she could see inside. She never said anything and went to get the fries. I never got any apology for their mistake in my inconvenience. It's been awhile since I have gone to this Hardee's because it has gone downhill the food is never tasty anymore, it's not even good anymore. There seems to be mostly kids that don't care and apparently the owners of Hardee's don't care who they hire either. It's a shame nowadays how kids especially have no Pride and what they do or how they treat people. I know good and well the food I got they would have never put in their mouth. I live in Lavergne but I'd much rather go to the Hardee's on Haywood Lane in Antioch Tennessee. The Hardee's I'm talking about where are the service and the food was just really bad is the Hardee's in La Vergne on...

We went through the drive-thru to order breakfast and ordered a Sausage Breakfast Platter, French toast sticks and the new double decker Sausage and Egg sandwich. We had to wait in a parking place to get our order which is fine I usually consider that a good thing because it means you are getting your food cooked fresh. I was distracted and unfortunately did not check the order until we got home and was irritated to find out that our breakfast sandwich was not in the bag. I get quite irritated to find orders are missing items or things are done incorrectly. That is what you get paid for. That is why you are there. It seems pretty basic to me. You read the order and put the items in the bag. I worked fast food for several years when I was younger. It's really not that...
