Road Trip...Pulled up this spot from Mapquest, saw 4 & half stars, so I said why not! Pulled up, exterior caught my attention with the awesome signage...We opened the door to darkness in the dining area. Two gentlemen behind the counter were very courteous, was the Only reason we continued to order! Service was quick! Burger & fries were okay...The turn off was the fruit flies we had to keep fanning away, as we ate. I decided to get a take home box for my fries. Went to get ketchup from the dispenser.....and ewwwwww!! Fruitflies flew out of the dispenser & into my cup! That topped it! Don't think we'll be coming back. Hope the owners take this as constructive criticism & not personally, as the service, I mentioned was ok. Just step your game up a bit. Market, turn on lights in the dining area, relace your ceiling, turn on the tv you have, Spruce it up, play some upbeat music. Make it inviting. It felt like I was sneaking into this establishment. I really enjoy food from all Fat Mo's, but for some reason there was a really long wait here, I think the lady that was taking the orders was the only person on staff and she was also cooking all of the food. I would reccomend the Antioch Fat Mo's instead, if you really wanted Fat Mo's. Also, unrelated to how the food actually was, there was a single mom and a dude that was taking advantage of the TV to watch game of thrones that were both talking very loudly almost the entire time we were there. DELICIOUS! On a road trip from GA to NE and stopped here. We loved the pillowy fluffy pitas, delicious and juicy grilled meats, lots of healthy veggies and salads, and kind and generous service. The chicken was particularly impressive and the stuffed grape leaves were very flavorful. The chef was quick but took the time to put lovely garnishes and toppings on our plates. The customization of each dish was really nice. They even offered to clean up our plates/dishes after we ate.
