Lavergne, TN. 121 Charter Place (Popeyes Location) Good Evening, Please escalate this email to the management team and corporate office. I had a very disappointing experience today at my local Popeyes. While My elderly mother (with dementia) was with me and my two younger daughters were with me in the car. It was horrible for them to witness that type of behavior .
I drove up to the drive thru at the Popeyes today between 415 p.m. and 430PM. and the drive thru line had four cars in it when we initially pulled up. The line moved really slowly. When we finally got to the Menu to place our order at the speaker, the person said hold on, we have only two staff members trying to cook and take orders.
We sat for a while longer, I drove up to the window to see what was happening and an employee around age 50 with a very dirty shirt on and a mangy beard said: "You can't place your order here!" and slammed the window. I called back to get his name and he hung up on me. I ended up speaking to the manager at Thorntons to get information on how to proceed.
I ended up speaking to the manager at the Thornton's that's attached to the Popeyes and he said his name was Joe (very kind man) and he manages the gas station but he directed me to contact Popeyes Corporate while stating very clearly :"We get complaints against that same person every day!"
I never obtained his name due to him hanging up on me immediately when i called, but I can go back and take a photo if need be. HE was terrible!
Joe (Thorntons manager/Attached to Popeyes in Lavergne) said that he would help me get this complaint escalated .
I would like for this location's manager to contact me immediately.
Popeyes scores will rise with better employees and more vetting during the hiring process.
I realize good help is hard to find but it's imperative to have people that at least have integrity and respect for others working in your establishment. It will make a difference of life or death for your company. Companies are closing daily due to poor service and bad employee selections.
Your Employees are your life line! :) I will wait for a call or email from management.
Big Thanks!
thank...
Read more1st the customer service is horrible here! I pulled up and waited 15 mins behind 2 cars. The 2cars that were waiting pulled off before me then I waited 5 mins before the guy said hold on a minute. He comes back 3 mins later and says “go ahead with your order. I give him my code that almost expired and order my food he then says “we ain’t got no chicken right now it’s going to be about 15 mins” I said well sir I’ve been waiting about 20 mins so far he says “well we ain’t got no chicken ready so you can either wait or get out of line we short staff and I don’t know what to tell you”. So disrespectful, I pulled up to the window and he’s sitting down at the window watching me pass by. He looked like he was going to do something and didn’t. There are always issues with this Popeyes. They need to shut this one down I’m just over them however the Popeyes on Murfreesboro rd is more pleasant and professional. This is my 3rd time experiencing the ghettoness with this location. The way he was talking he is so lucky I just came from church because the Philly in me almost got active. You don’t speak to people like that. They hire anybody atp! Everyone I’ve dealt with here is unprofessional Chic-fila would NEVA!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days!! Myself as well as my family will never visit this...
Read moreI went to the Popeyes on Waldron Road to pick Up in order. It was 10 o’clock so people were getting off and the dining room was closed. I started to walk in and I was told I had to go through the drive-through. I said OK and went through the drive-through. A white girl took my order and handed me the stuff, but it was missing a drink. I sat at the drive-through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to my window so that I could tell them that they forgot my drink. Mind you I had waved down a manager who proceeded to tell me that she would be right back only to count her whole drawer take it to the office and then leave within the 10 minutes that I was sitting at the window. After the 10 minute, the white girl finally came back and said nothing. She opened the window with an attitude and I said I was missing a Dr Pepper. She turned around, made the Dr Pepper and handed it back to me same attitude no apology no words. I shouldn’t be surprised judging by the 2.3 star rating that this particular Popeyes, this is probably the norm. I am just not used to being ignored and disregarded so blatantly with no respect or decency to apologize for mistakes...
