Subway — Restaurant in La Vergne

My boyfriend stopped in for a steak and cheese flatbread. The manager shouted from the back saying that the flat bread was still frozen. As he asked for other options, the staff became more impatient and aggressive with their answers of “that's out, that's not ready yet, we don't have that”. It was lunch time and the only bread available was white and wheat. Which would've been fine if the managers and the staffs attitudes weren't so nasty about communicating with customers. Even the people behind him in line commented on the rude staff and suggested going to a different place for food. My boyfriend decided to continue ordering his sandwich and at the end to no surprise they were also out of lettuce. He paid for his sandwich and as he was walking out one of the staff said “that man bout made me cuss”. This is the rudest group of workers I have ever encountered at any subway. I ordered a tuna salad. Adalys told me I would be charged an extra 2 dollars and 75 cents cause they were outta little to go bowls. Which is wrong of them to charge me for something because you are out of stock of what you're supposed to have in here. Then only to be ignored by her to be passed on to a supposed mgr with an even bigger attitude. Her name was Letty. I got no dressing no crackers only to be rushed off by the third rudeness of my day. At the register by the name of Judy. I'm a trucker and I've come to this location many times, but never have I ever been treated the way I was treated today. I didn’t even get the chance to go in-store before having issues with this place. It’s 9pm, so most likely any Subways are probably going to be closed. However, I was craving something from Subway, so I checked Google anyways to see if any should be open. Google says this one is open 8am-12am every day of the week. I figured that didn’t sound right, so I called ahead to double check before driving that way. The woman that answered the phone was completely rude right off the bat. She answered very short, and when I asked about what their hours are, she said, “Really?!” and then snappily said they were closed and hung up. After looking at the reviews for the place, I’m definitely glad I didn’t go, open or not. Sounds like that store needs some serious improvements.
