Order to go from here quite often. Last night they made their first mistake ever and gave me chicken enchiladas instead of vegetarian option. I called them up & they offered to fix it right then, but I had already munched on some of our crispy orange bean curd (spicy and soooo good) so I took a rain check. Came in today and received my replacement order (well worth the wait!) And treated myself to their fried ice cream too. Was pleasantly surprised it was not what I was used too, covered in cinnamon & sugar, but a crispy wrapping of fried dough! Yummmmm! Great place! We had joked about the name for awhile but finally decided to go in and we were impressed. I had the lunch special of Kun Pao Chicken with a pork egg roll. Ask for their homemade hot sauce…it’s a slow burn that is still with me (15 mins later) but really good.

My coworker had their Steak and Rice bowl (beef). He was quite impressed with the quality of the beef.

The owner here is so sweet. She always makes sure you have everything you need and she remembers her guest, not only thay she remembers your favorite order. I love going here. This place is a little hidden gem right off the interstate, I asked once how they came up with idea for this fusion, found out her husband worked in Chinese restaurants for many many years, and because he is a Hispanic man highly knowledge in Chinese food, he wanted a restaurant where he could serve his family favorites of his culture and the favorites from what he is knowledgeable in, so he decided to fuse his culture and his history together and...
