I was there (drive-thru) with my mother and they made my sandwich incorrectly and gave us the wrong cookies. I called, spoke to K.K or Kay? I told them I wouldn’t be able to pick it up that same night and it would have to wait. Said no problem and just ask for them when I get there. Also didn’t ask for my name or Information but instead I had to ask for theirs which was unprofessional. Sunday night around 8:50 I drove to drive thru window and asked for Who I spoke to on the phone and they asked me to circle around- which I did. I was sitting behind a car for about 10mins and other cars were pulling off because they were so slow. The WORST part about it is when I got to the window it was 9:15pm THEY SAID THEY COULDNT SERVE ME! I waited a long time to be told I couldn’t be served. It was 9:00pm when they were taking the mans order behind me and they were going to serve him IF HE DIDNT DRIVE AWAY. Honestly it’s pitiful and disrespectful and a complete waste of my time. How do you mess up an order and you read what’s supposed to be on it? A give the wrong cookies while looking at the labeling? The employees at this location weren’t paying attention whatsoever and don’t value the customers. On Google it says yall close at 10pm not 9pm. Read moreI just visited this restaurant and placed an order for a salad thru the drive thru. I'm guessing they thought I would not look at the salad till I got home but I did. The bowl was not even half full. I thought if you order a salad you don't have to select lettuce as a condiment but I was wrong according to this location. Also I requested extra tomatoes which were not on it and extra dressing but not there either. So I pulled back up and requested a refund which I was told they couldn't do because there was no manager on duty. The young girl also said no assistant manager was there. She stated that the oldest person there was 18 but was not a manager. 😳 So I asked her to call the manager who then advised her to return my money. Her offer was to add lettuce to my salad to fix the problem. I'm so floored that this restaurant not only employ kids that don't know lettuce come with a salad but also when you ask for a refund that they should be able to do it. I will never return to this location again. I suggest the same for others. It's just really not the best experience you are looking for something lite to eat. But I guess the lack of ingredients was supposed to be a lite meal but to the tune of $8.48. They can try someone else, I got my money back. Read moreWent to Subway, located at 5068 Murfreesboro Rd in La vergne TN. The new one with the drive thru. I ordered at the kiosk. I've done this many times. I always order the same thing everytime I eat at this Subway. I order a footlong Italian BMT combo plus a cookie.
I've had issues in the past with this Subway not giving me my cookie. This time, I decided to take a picture of my final order on the Kiosk screen. Sure enough, once again they did not include my cookie in the bag with my order.
I told Anthony, a man who step forward while I was asking about my cookie issue, that I had previous issues with not receiving my cookie that I paid for with my order. He was very rude. He pretty much told me they didn't make mistakes and even went as far to dispute what their own Kiosk final order review said I ordered.
