Tonight, it was more like Do-meh-no's. Ordered online - super simple, easy, and convenient. It even offered the option for in-car dropoff which made it very convenient. I could even specify that I wanted them to bring my order to the passenger door, it was handy since I had my infant daughter in the car with me. Pick up was mostly easy too. They missed the 2-minute fulfillment so I earned a free pizza, which is very generous. But they didn't pay attention to the passenger door preference, no problem. It's been a little while since I've last eaten Domino's, but the food tonight was underwhelming. I got the medium 2-topping on the hand crust, and the boneless hot buffalo wings. The slices weren't cut all the way through, so tearing was involved. The crust was flavorless, like I only tasted flour. A couple slices were soaked in the crust with grease from the pepperoni, presumably. The boneless wings were unexpectedly covered in cheese, which didn't really scratch that "wing" itch. Read moreOn June 1st 4:36 pm Dominos was extremely busy when I placed my online delivery order. I wasn't aware till I received my order. It was cold pizza. I called and spoke to the manager and she explained the situation and offered me in-store credit all the whole apologizing. On June 20th after 7 pm I called in to place an order and used the credit that was offered. They couldn't find it under the original number and looked it up under my number. Found it and my replacement order was complete.
Now, I want to give a shout out to this store. Not only did the 1st manager make things right for me & my family, their customers but, the call back to use the in-store credit was just as easy. The manager today was just as nice and helpful.
That is outstanding in my book in today's era. Rare! Take lesson stores! And give the management team a high five ✋ & a reward for job well done. You need to appreciate your employees! Left very specific delivery instructions. Rather than follow the delivery instructions, the driver decided he was just going to put the food in a common area for the company accessible to anyone and if I didn't get my food that was my problem. The description of my truck and trailer, especially the trailer, is clearly on the delivery receipt. To show how little attention was paid to the instructions, even without a truck number, only a blind or lazy person could have missed it because it's the only trailer in our company lot with that name on it.
