I was born in the country of Movadia and lived there for the first thirteen years of my life, the one thing I remember clearly from back then is the incredible coffee I would get each Sunday morning when my parents took us to church. Ever since we moved to the US I have been searching for a coffee even remotely like the ones from back in Movadia but alas no one has been able to recreate it, not until now that is, needless to say I didn't have high hopes when I first came to Bigfoot, I thought they would be like all the others, taking my order and not really caring for the coffee I would be receiving, oh how wrong I was. When I came to Bigfoot and gave them my order they took it with a smile and said they'd do what they could but not to get my hopes up as my expectation may be a bit high, of course my expectations were quite low from my past experiences but I digress, Imagine my shock when I received my coffee, blew the steam off the top, took a sip and was instantly transporting back to my childhood in Movadia. They made the coffee I've been searching for ever since I left my home county, they made a coffee that no one else has been able to, it fed my soul and brought meaning back into my life, I now come here daily to order this coffee the baristas are always happy to see me and I them for I know that they are the only ones that can make my miracle...
Read moreI was so disappointed when Delta Grind sold their shop to Bigfoot! I decided to give it a try anyway. My first and only experience with this coffee shop was not a good one. I pulled up to the window with no other customers at the shop. The girl working inside was sweeping. She saw me pull up, made eye contact, and kept sweeping. Not a big deal, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I was always taught to at least greet your customer and let them know you'll be with them shortly. This didn't happen. In fact, I waited another 3 or 4 minutes, then a car pulled up to the other side. The girl working finished up sweeping and greeted the other customer and served them, still without acknowledging I was there. This is just poor customer service. I did eventually try their coffee as my wife had stopped and gotten something for me there at a later time. The shots were loose and tasted horrible. I live very close to Bigfoot and will happily drive past them and all the way to the Coffee Bean any day over giving Bigfoot...
Read moreThis review is purely based off of poor customer service when I called. I ordered a mocha off of DoorDash, and DoorDash does not offer options to make the drink âhalf sweetâ or âextra hotâ. So I called to ask them if they could make my drink half sweet, but as soon as I said âhey, I placed a DoorDash order underâŠ.â They hung up on me. And I called then I called back and a different person answered. So then I politely said âHey, I just called and I think you guys accidentally hung up on meâŠ.â (Continued to tell them the change I wanted on my coffee) The lady then rudely said âyeah, yeah⊠okay. Byeâ Whatâs the point of having a number to call if this is the treatment customers get, the standards of employees have dropped. The morning crew is rude and could use...
