Pacific NW Baristas — Restaurant in Lacey

Had a barista who was an absolutely amazing conversationalist! The employees at any other coffee stand just ask what you're doing today, and I find it awkward.

My barista at Pacific NW actually asked how I was doing, got to know a little bit about me and my sister, and gave us some really cool dining/shopping recommendations since we were in town for her birthday.

The coffee was great too! I'm indecisive and asked her to surprise me; she asked if I could be a guinea pig for a new creation she was working on. I forgot to ask what it was but it reminded me of an apple pie milkshake, it was delicious! Will definitely be going back even though it's a 30 minute drive 😊

Great employees. Some of the customers are real pains in the rear... I normally dont stop at places like this but, the family was doing lazer tag, oh yeah and I needed coffee :) However, This 1 guy drove up to the window for a 3rd time to ask for drinks they dont even carry, his kid in the back seat climbing to the front, not even buckled... I would recommend they take their card for a purchase, and then ask for ID as a "new policy" on making sure cards are not stolen, snap a photo of the ID and pin it up inside the hut. In this way at least the police would have some starting point if, and may the Gods forbid,...

I've literally been all over the city, and so far these girls make the absolute BEST coffee I've ever had from any barista/shop. Not madres, Cafe au lait, the perfect cup, none of the other bikini baristas, could ever compare to this coffee. It's rich, it's perfectly balanced. I always get blended drinks, and usually those are more sugar than coffee, but these girls know the perfect formula to making an impeccable cup of coffee.

And to top it off they look so beautiful while they're doing it, and they're so friendly and kind and honestly it really is the best coffee stand I've been to. I wish I could...
