We enjoy coming to the Lacey Pints & Quarts and always come here to grab a drink and always feel welcome, but not today. Our usual servers weren't there, so we encountered someone new. This new server was a woman with shoulder-length red hair. On our receipt, it said our server's name was Malyse. She repeatedly passed us by serving other customers; she interacted with them more even though we were there before any others arrived. It took her a while to check in to see if we needed more drinks. She had not even offered a menu to begin with. We had to order from memory. After having a drink, I moved my glass to the front of the table to indicate it was empty. She passed us several times - not once giving a second look. I have never felt so discriminated against because she kept coming around asking the surrounding tables if they needed anything. The other customers were noticeably white, and it felt as though my table was being passed on. Was I not white enough to have a menu offered and to be served properly? Is this bar only for certain races? Overall, I am deeply disappointed with this type of customer service. If anything, I do have to say the...
Read moreArrived around 3:50 for their happy hour specials, I had a burger for 5 and a basket of Joe for 5 each I also tried the seasonal Oktoberfest beer and it was wonderful. Although pints and quarts is a little difficult to get into if you're not going the right direction the parking is adequate and wheelchair accessible . The staff was friendly professional and helpful when ordering my food and beverage items. It appears that their wings are what people must come in for . They also have a special on Wednesday nights with a beverage purchase they offer a free food item of their choice , as I've never been I would assume it's self serve happy hour Thai food maybe tacos or hot dish or something like that . It starts at 6 p.m. The restaurant is quaint and homey in a manly kind of way. At this point it was not busy and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit. It would be wonderful if they could add homemade potato chips to their menu as that seems to be the new happy hour on food and it's nice to be able to try them at...

Two ladies at the bar for less than 3 hours, 8 to 11pm. We were charged for 13 jamesons. That's $100 on our tab. There's no way we could of had 6 or 7 whiskey drinks in that matter of time and still walk out of there. I knew we bought a lot of drinks but when I saw the receipt the next day, we had to of been taken advantage of because we were picking up our friends drinks too. We were dressed nice. And we were vocal about how unhappy we were with our experience. Because we asked for Marks name for the review he got even more upset and THEN conveniently he printed the receipt for us. That's how Mark will let you know it's last call and to get out.
From the moment we approached the bar, we got nothing but a bad attitude. No last call for food. No last call for drinks. No heads up...
