Cedar Lodge is walkable distance away from Weirs Beach and many local attractions such as arcades, boardwalk and restaurants. This place gets crowded over the warmer weather months and the lodge has single room and two bedroom occupancy. The lodge offers spectacular view of New Hampshire's largest lake, Lake Winnipesaukee. We had a two bedroom that my brother rents and has a large common area with 2 bedrooms. The amenities include 50" Flat Screen TV, Foosball, and Ping Pong, a small library, outdoor swimming pool, charcoal grills, free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry, kids playground and a fitness room with Elliptical, Bike, Treadmill and Weight lifting. The rooms were spacious and I don't mind coming back here for another stay.

The view of the lake from the condos on the back is stunning. The place is quiet in the winter, sometimes you don't pass anyone in the hall all day. Nice place to get away and relax. They have a small rec room, small gym, a computer, a few books to read, a pool, a few new washer and dryers, an ice machine and very friendly front desk willing to help you when avaliable. Only about a three minute drive to Wiers Beach and 5-10 minutes to groceries and other stores. Plenty of food options within a few mile radius. Two minutes to Cumberland Farms open 24-7 which is very convenient.

We've had a very pleasant stay at the Brickyard Cedar Lodge. The view was fabulous and there aren't many hotels that I can say that while laying in bed and looking out the window I saw a huge osprey fly up from the lake and over the building with a fish in it's clutches! Nor can I make the claim for any other place I've stayed of seeing a shooting star out the room window. While it does feel a little dated in same ways, using real keys in doors, and the parking lot needs some work, we've had a very memorable and great stay here!

Had a few days off, so we decided to take advantage & get away for a few days. We booked 2 nights at the Cedar Lodge and were pleased with our accommodations. The room was clean and spacious. The place was very quiet and made for a serene few days. The outdoor pool was very nice, but cold. Not their fault, since at the end of July you would expect it to be a comfortable temperature, but it has not been your typical warm weather this summer to do it's job to heat it. Love the second floor deck with the Adirondack Chairs, which were very relaxing. A very nice place, with a reasonable rate for this area and plenty of things to do around without needing to drive far. The manager, was also awesome; Very welcoming & friendly and a true asset to the place. The same could be said about the housekeeper, who I encountered the first morning there.||Now, just a couple of critiques- The beds are VERY HIGH! If you are elderly or have a physical disability, you may likely have an issue getting up into the bed. I myself have a serious knee problem, so it was painful for me to do so. The manager was kind enough to search for a step still for me, which I thought was extremely sweet if her to do. The tub is very deep and again, an elderly or disabled person may have trouble getting in & out, so I strongly suggest a handicap bar just to grasp. Now, my one & really only complaint, the maintenance man should really watch his mouth & attitude, as he too casts a reflection of the place. He was obviously frustrated by his job assignment of needing to pound posts into the ground, as his language was a little off-putting and loud. Not an issue for us, but someone with smaller kids would definitely take issue. Working at a place that I'm sure draws in families, he really should be made...

We booked a room for three people that was clearly advertised as having two beds. When we arrived, the pullout couch—one of the supposed beds—was broken and completely unusable. Instead of offering a real solution, we found an unmade air mattress stuffed in a closet with no blankets provided. At no point was this disclosed as the actual third bed.||||We left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. The property responded by offering a partial refund for one night, despite the fact that we didn’t stay at all—and then they went completely silent, ignoring every follow-up message.||||Their excuse? A vague mention of "cleaning staff photos" and a claim that we used the room for one night—without offering any proof or addressing the fact that their listing was misleading and the accommodations were unfit for the stay we paid for.||||This was a clear case of false advertising, followed by poor communication and refusal to make things right. Don’t be fooled by staged listing photos or vague claims of comfort—you might show up and find your bed broken and no one...
