The app works perfectly, the ordering is easy and completed about the time the app said it was. The biggest issue I have with this location is "The Soft Hustle" that occurs when you pay in the app. The entire purpose of ordering and paying through the app is to minimize contact, I love that.
The majority of the time, it works as expected, I order and pay in the app, watch the tracker, show up, click "I'm here", walk in and get my order, out the door.
On occasion, depending on the individuals working, you get the "soft hustle"!! These workers wait until you show up, then print the receipt and ask you to sign it. I always ask why when I paid in the app!? I also state that it's only when one or two specific people are behind the counter. The "soft hustle" is the hopes of a tip on the receipt.
I have no issue tipping, but I will not by coerced into it. Add to the fact that, aside from the guy handling the receipt after touching his face, he wants me to pick up a pen that the person in front of me just put down. There were a few pens laying about.
The short story is the app works perfectly, the order is usually spot on, and the majority of people behind the counters are nice. But not knowing if I need to be wary of who might be working and if I'll be put in an uncomfortable situation having to touch a bunch of unsanitized things to sign a receipt I shouldn't have to sign is a minus.
I will use the Leesburg location, but limit the use of the Lady...
Read moreI ordered from here yesterday and they salvaged 4 stars( even though they charge for double, but you don't get it). So today I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo's...double the chicken, double the Alfredo and add onions and bell peppers. It cost $36+ tip and I was completely ripped off this time. No extra chicken and no extra sauce...it was actually kinda burnt...The bread sticks were horrific and overcooked. The chicken they use is obviously processed chicken and they are unwilling to cover up the bland taste with extra sauce...even if you pay extra for it. Can you imagine paying $40 for 2 servings of processed chicken Alfredo and stale bread? With no sauce....I have spent @$100 in two days here( I had to remove yesterday's post in order to post today), but they have seen the last of me. I hope the 516,000 viewers of my posts will follow. Call 5 Star Pizza or even Papa John's for a better value. I still believe the only positive thing about this place is a delivery driver named jacquiline ( not spelled correctly I am sure) I wasted $100 here and I'm here to prevent you from doing the same.( See the pics and judge for yourself) Ask yourself...do you want to pay $40 for what you see in the pics? UPDATE: I JUST CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE "OWNER" AND SPOKE TO A DRIVER...HE SAID" NOT MUCH WE CAN DO"...

Verified address for delivery before placing order ✅ Asked for specials ✅ Placed order ✅ Paid for order ✅
I was told 40 minutes. An hour later, I called to ask about order. It's raining. Just wanted to make sure everything was good. It's a school night so needed a fast dinner with leftovers for lunches ya know.
Can't find my order ❌ Phone number isn't coming up ❌ Address doesn't come up ❌
Something about the manager is confused or something. They can't find my order so they offer a free order. So they take my address. NOW they tell me they don't deliver to my area. I am told I can pick up but then I'm told they are too far from me. It's 8.9 miles(approx. 14 mins) per Google Maps.
Just rude people. Definitely need some training in communication, store policy, and customer service. The whole experience could have been avoided. I wasted 2 hours on this place!
To add: spoke to a guy that had a New York or Chicago accent, then a young that sounds completely clueless and a woman who seemed overwhelmed but could care less...
