I first used MMD many years ago when my hard drive “died” without any warning. Since then, whenever I have had a hardware issue I have called them and I have always been pleased. Last week when the fan in my computer was not working properly and overheating, I learned that it would be hard to replace this fan for a 7+ year old computer. Accordingly, we agreed a new computer was the best option. I had several personal constraints and they went over and above to provide a new computer with a great transfer from my old computer meeting some specific needs. When I turned on my new computer, all was perfect…a wonderful gift from Mike and his team at MMD Lady Lake. I have called the team a few times since I received my new computer and each time they have been professional, helpful, efficient and nice. ...

I’m very disappointed in this company. I heard good things about them and I wanted to try them out. They didn’t want to help my computer problems at all. All I wanted them to do was a simple clean up of my computer and they immediately gave me a rude shrug off attitude and didn’t want to help. They said my computer was too old and beyond repair for how slow it is but it was made in 2019!!! They even gave me someone else’s charger!!! So now I have to waste my time to go back and get the right charger to my computer when they should have had that to begin with. So unprofessional. I’ll just have my daughter clean up my computer. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with them but I’m so fed up that I’ve decided I need to let others know. If you want to go somewhere else go to Jacob’s computers...

These guys are crooks. My co-worker came to get his iPhone battery and screen replaced. They replaced them both. These parts are not apple parts so they not only void your apple warranty the parts are also hit and miss, especially after updates. He updated his phone and the light saber line was through the phone and it got worse as the day went by. I took it here and they immediately said that the screen was cracked when it was obvious that it wasn’t cracked. Charged me another $150 for the screen. Clearly, these guys aren’t knowledgeable on their parts nor are they knowledgeable about the screen recalls with iPhone X, apple themselves started replacing screen themselves on the iPhone X at no cost, specifically because that phone had...
