Burger King — Restaurant in Lafayette

So I just went there today. we got in looked for a few minutes because we didn't know what we would like. Finally we go to order, the guy who took our order acted like he wasn't sure what he was doing then I go to pay, I had to use cash and a card and he acted like he couldn't do it. So we waited for about 10 minutes for our food. My fiance and mother had received fresh sandwiches, I on the other hand orders the chicken fries because there one of my favorite things there and I see they just had boxes sitting in the heating zone they just threw an old box on my tray also the fries for all three of us were not warn. When I went to complain they acted like they did not care. It was just a bad experience there. I just wish they would act like they care more and give better quality for money. They are not cheap. For three people I spent $23 for shyt...

My husband and I live very close to a burger king so that was our go to spot. Then we stopped going there because the food started tasting like it had been sitting forever. It would be cold, the bun was very dry and the staff at the time was rude and acted like it was a hassle to serve us. But, last night we decided to try our luck and went to burger king and wow what a difference. We noticed all the new employees and we have to say this was 1 of our best experiences at this particular burger king. The employees were very friendly, they were smiling and made us feel very welcome. The food was awesome. Hot and fresh. And no weird after taste when we ate our fries like before. I hope these employees stay at this Burger...

I live by this location and my order is almost always wrong and/or they forget something. The manager at night is almost always grumpy and possess almost no people skills. I've seen her chew an employee's butt right in front of me, which in my opinion should never happen. In fact I'm writing this review because I ordered tonight and ofcourse my order was wrong. I'm done buying food from this location and honestly I've read many reviews stating close to the same things I've said. BK corporate needs to do something or they need to close the place down due to bad service! Will never eat here again and I will spread the word to my friends. I have given chance after chance...
