Linnwood Tavern Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lafayette

I hate to do this but i was made too so here it goes. After your little baby fit trying to belittle me and treat me as something less and stupid let me break it down for ya. You chose to lose a customer that alone spent $50 and another customer my friend who spent close to the same amount on their first visit to youre bar tonight. Why is that well it seems the business you run that apparently isnt the best run business. It is more important to you to go on a tirade on the mic because i asked for a refil. Its more important that you save ten cents than show kindness to a customer who spent a fair amount of money at your bar tonight throwing crazy accusations about me costing you your nights profits because its not good business to give a 10 cent refil acting like all i did was buy one drink and expect refils for the entire night. Even though i purchased food, other drinks, and money on various games. Coming out to almost $50. But your response was childish, disgusting, and extremely arrogant. And now you can explain to that very nice server/ bartender why she didnt get that $15 tip i had previously written down on my reciept because you had to throw a hissy fit over the mic to belittle and embarras me me over 1 coke refil. Whoever owns and runs this bar is trash and in one moment you lost well paying and well tipping customers. Thanks for the refil and enjoy that money you made tonight because you wont be getting any from me and my friend anymore. Maybe you should learn how to run a business and not lose a customer that drops a fair amount of cash while you lament over saving 10 cents. My friend and i will never be back to...

I tried to reach out to Linnwood's facebook page after an incident that occured, the respnse was baffling so I'm leaving my review for anyone to see. I frequent Xtreme Bingo around town and today was the first time I tried Linnwood. When we entered we were given menus and we asked for water. The bartender told us we had to buy bottles of water instead. We declined. She came back to get our food order we declined any food. The bartender was snide and rude, told us we cannot play the free game without ordering. We considered getting a soda but because of the unwelcome attitude we got up and left. Im not going to give money to her after that. Shortly after i inquired if it was true that the business does not want customers in the bar during bingo unless they pay. The response was not professional, the answer was crass and said my question was single sided. Ending with basically they have to pay a fee for bingo so no they wont let people in. At that point i lost my respect and said things that are unbecoming and idc. YOU CANT CHARGE FOR A FREE SERVICE, HAVE SHITTY ATTITUDES AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO...

Food was good and the waitress was very nice. That was our first time there. Went there Saturday 6-29 was probably the worst service we've ever had in a restaurant/bar. Made reservations for 6 people, got there ordered and four of us got our food the other two people didn't, they had an appetizer ordered with their food. If the waitress would have came back to our table at any point she might have seen that, she had no interest our table at all. It seemed to us that all the drinkers in the bar had full drinks at all times. We were never asked if our food was good, we were forgot about! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the search for chicken was on, my wife had the fish and chips and it was like a rubberband. The menu has changed since the last time, small portions and no taste. Think before you go, plenty of better restaurant/bars...
