Subway — Restaurant in Lafayette

In my heart, I want to give this place 0 stars, but that's beyond unfair to the gentleman working last night. He was BY HIMSELF at DINNER RUSH, no one to help take in-store orders, the drive through, or the mobile orders. He was working his behind off trying to make sure everything was getting done and he was struggling but did his absolute best and was so kind despite all the anxiety and fear he was experiencing by himself.

The MANAGEMENT of this subway should be ASHAMED of themselves for letting this man work entirely on his own- EVEN IF ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED OFF, THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A ONE-MAN JOB. Not only is it extremely dangerous, but it's also the fastest way to lose your BEST employees.

To the manager of this establishment- Back your employees up and they will forever be loyal to you. Abandoning them in an hour of need is the best way to leave your establishment abandoned and unattended as they have felt. Should something have happened to that young man working, you would have undoubtedly punished him for YOUR...

Horribly slow, sitting at drive thru MENU (not in line) for 15 minutes, after waiting 5 minutes for person in front to go through same experience, person says I have a lobby full of people, it's going to be awhile, but there's only 2 cars in the lot. Usual good subway quality food, but NO! After that silly wait the meatball sub was not good, probably the worst subway sandwich I ever had, and my standards are fairly low. Bread was hard, meatballs cold, sauce thick, and didn't really find the cheese. We could have driven across town and let it sit out for an hour, would have been better, instead of idling in a Drive Thru for junk. If I could give less than one star...better yet...

Went in to pick up a online order, for the speedy service, not having to wait and being a busy working mom while going to school, I have very little time to waste. Walked in looking for my online order in the designated area they said it would be, it wasn’t there. Nothing was there. Ended up having to wait in the line for my order, the staff acted annoyed from their long day already. I didn’t have to go through their unwelcomeness in the first place had they placed my order where it should have been. Also wouldn’t have to wait and waste time, the whole purpose of order ahead is so much time isn’t wasted. Seriously need to reconstruct their whole online...
