Deano's Pizza — Restaurant in Lafayette

We ordered a half Cesar salad which had the freshest Cesar, seemed homemade dressing, just the right amount and it was topped as usual but also included chopped pecans. It was too die for and a good size portion that me and my husband was able to share. It also had delicious cheese bread on the side, 4 pieces to be exact. This was the best Cesar salad EVER!! Next we had the blackened shrimp pizza that was like no other. I say this because IAM used to the original pizzas everywhere, pepperoni, supreme, etc., But this was a pizza made to order. It is so hard to choose at this place because the menu items are specially named that interest you and the ingredients are all some sort of tasty! I was excited. The pizza was so delicious and YES IT WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AND CANNOT WAIT TO GO AGAIN TO DEANO'S. Let's not forget it was totally affordable for what you get. The saying goes, "you get what you pay for" but here you get wayyyy more. I like to be awed when I am spending my money and I truly did not mind. I had a great time. I went to this location yesterday for my birthday and it really wasn't what I expected at all. First they didn't tell me that my group was gonna be split into two tables when I made the reservation days in advance. Second we arrived and sat at the table at 6:45pm, but didn't leave the restaurant till 9pm. Third we waited forever to get our food then when the food came, they completely forgot to make me (the birthday person) and my mother's food so everyone finished eating by the time we got our food. Finally the waiters were pretty much non existent to us and no one was able to get refills or anything unless my nanny got up, walked over to them and told them that we needed something. They tried to make up to us by bringing me two plates of fried Oreos and taking my food off the bill (after my nanny had to talk to them about it) which I appreciated the effort, but both me and mother were having extreme stomach issues all night last night and the only thing we could think was that the food had to have done it to us because we were completely fine before. 10/10 do NOT recommend eating here if you have a...

We've always overlooked the errors along the way but tonight is the last night that they get our business. I called because all of the extras that I paid for, weren't sent with our orders, again. I keep paying for things the way I like it and they keep taking my money, not doing the order correctly, then deny that they made the mistake. The manager got on the phone with me and told me that the girl that made my salad said she put the toppings on it. Um, nope or I surely would not be calling you, again, about your lack of fulfillment on a to go order. Too many good restaurants and to-go options for people to run a business like this and rather, keep our business. The male managers tone and his lack of effort to handle something as simple as added charged salad toppings that took the call is what lost our business.
