Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lafayette

Ordered from here because it was close to home and open at 130-2am. I ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito and it was 99% egg. Hardly any meat. Should be renamed meat lovers disappointment burrito. Also ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and it was definitely a piece of chicken that had been sitting out under a heat lamp or warmer for a long time. Once you got beyond the breading the chicken itself was jerky tough. Even where the chicken was thickest was dry and had no flavor. The sandwich was inedible and I just ended up throwing it away. There may have been only one pwrson working there, but I was the only customer at that time. When I made my order, he made no customer service attempts. No welcome. Just asking for my order. I tell him what I want and he just says 13.25. Didn't ask me if I wanted just the items ir the combo or maybe anything else. I handed him my card, he took it and brought it back. The just handed me the food. He didn't ask if I wanted any sauces either. Had I known I had to ask I would have, but since the option eas never offered, I at my food dry. I'm willing to give this spot another chance, but as it stands I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially a hungry person...

I didn’t get the employee‘s name but his customer service skills were exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my meal was correct. After being mistreated at McDonald’s I refunded my order and went to Jack-in-the-Box and I just can’t even explain how well they run their store. I hope he sees this review and I just want to say thank you. You guys have now received a customer for life....

To extent that any given franchise in the chain is indifferentiable than any other in the chain, it's hard to rate these places except on whether or not they deliver what they promise. Given that Jack in the Box only promises fast food, I'd say this place meets expectations fully. And I can't find any other reason not to go to this establishment. So I'm giving it five stars just on that rather...
