Disappointing Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at [Legends] on [Janurary 30th]. Unfortunately, the Ginger was rude and dismissive and should be fired very nasty individual, making our dining experience very uncomfortable. I’m from out of town and she ruined my trip for me get better staff. The cook was great the Ginger had an attitude the minute we walked in the door and turned off the tvs on us and was slamming things left and right.The food was good but the poor treatment we received overshadowed any potential enjoyment. Went with my best friend late last night around 1 am. We needed food in our system so I had ordered us some food which I had definitely paid for and have the receipt in my transaction history on my card. My friend and I had agreed to me going by bolt and him waiting for the food and then bringing it by after so I had left and was waiting. I get a call from him telling me that they had kicked him out and wouldn’t hand him the food and said “she didn’t pay for it”. Why would you put an order of food in if the customer “didn’t pay”. This is one of the best bars in Downtown Lafayette and a big part of why this bar is so fun is that the bartenders take fantastic care of you! You get really top notch excellent service here that is fast and friendly. They always seem to be having a good time in this joint and you also have the option of the huge patio in the rear of this spot where you can have a totally different environment which is also lots of fun.
