I use to sometimes go to this coffee shop. But this last time I was there a older female was really rude. I pulled up she didn’t greet me, was rushing me to order. I order a drink and she walks away then comes back and asks if I need any other drinks which I answer yes two more. She very rudely says you could of told me you know. She puts her hands up as she speaks. I answered yes I was but you walked away. By the way you can hear the “OWNER” laughing while making the drinks and that older lady being rude. I can’t believe how a owner let’s the employee be so rude. I mean the owner is a older lady with long hair which she is very rude herself so I get where the bad customer service comes from. I recommend going to the coffee shop in front of Walmart they are so nice and very friendly. 100% way better...

First off, I pulled up with a mask on and the lady who helped me didn’t have a mask on. You would think still being in the middle of a pandemic and in the food industry that they would be wearing mask when helping a customer. She never even asked if I was comfortable with her not wearing one. If they can’t abide to the mask mandate, it makes me wonder what other rules they aren’t following when it comes to handling food and drinks. SO RUDE!! I went today to go try something new and the lady was so rude since the beginning. She kept rushing us to order & when I asked about flavors she laughed and rolled her eyes & said “oh my gosh” and handed it to us. I had already asked for one drink but with her attitude I just told her I didn’t want anything and left she screamed at us saying she had “made” already our drink which I doubt she made it in less than 1min & screamed saying she had our license plate #.
