Wendy's — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

I didn't receive an item so i called the store. the manager i spoke with got rude wouldn't let me talk when spoken to, made me take the bus back to the store in the rain because they called me a liar, about the order that was given to me then called me a lier never told a lie about my missing item asked if I could get a refund and was told they wouldn't do that because it was an online order and that there wasn't anything they can do for me when I asked for the manager she hid at the drive thru and then had other employees tell me she wasnt there and to come back when a manger is available not the fist time I had this bad experience here but first one that got me mad enough to write down my experience here WORST...

This was going to be a review of the manager but now the employee that gathered my order. I asked for A iced tea unsweetened with my meal with a single sweetener on the side because the pre-sweetened tea is way too sugary. After asking for One at the ordering menu and twice at the window he finally acknowledged I wanted to sweetener. He asked manager and told him they didn’t have any. First complaint was not having sweetener. My second complaint after I go and find a sweetener and mixs it into my drink i find out on the first sip they gave me brisk heavily sweetened tea.... undrinkable now.

I've been here three times and each time the food was subpar when compared with what I expect from Wendy's. Skip this one and go to the Wendy's on La Paz instead. The kicker was today we put in a drive thru for two orders of medium fries. That's it. Had to pull forward and wait five minutes, but it was tricky because the drive thru basically ends on Crown Valley. How can you not have fries ready to go?

Update 5/25/25: gave in to convenience and laziness and now I regret it. The fries were rock hard and barely salted, and the soda was flat. This Wendy's location just can't figure it out. Go to the one over on La...
