EDIT: they have drastically declined as far as the service goes. Their employees(talkin about the young long haired guy) don't know how to take a correct order and if they happen to get it right, the kitchen just leaves shit off your order. Our last (and probably our final) visit, we ordered 2 burgers and an order of wings. Thank goodness we checked the bag before we left cause the wings were not there. When we told them, we waited almost THIRTY FLIPPIN MINUTES, only for them to tell us that the wings were not on our order. The little guy with the long hair that takes your order has screwed up ours 3 times!!! And he gave us the wrong receipt after we paid. I am immensely disappointed in this restaurant now. And what is really sad is that this used to be our favorite place to get burgers from. Shame shame on you Claim Jumpers........you need to train your people better. And when we told the manager, he NEVER apologized or even attempted to make it right. After we wasted 30 min waiting. Nobody came out and told us anything. And I am quite certain that if we wouldn't have asked, they would have let us wait all night!!!!! The laziness is appauling!!!! I am not usually one to delve out bad reviews.....I get that people have bad days, but this place deserves this review. Well we gave it one more chance and you all failed miserably .this time half our order was wrong and no receipt because they needed to change the spool .told them to just put it in the bag when our food was given to us .they did not and food was wrong .we told the manager and since it was busy we were told just to come back when we decided to come back in .so I did .I did that today .and low and behold we can't get our order replaced because APRIL THE MANAGER .said that she would not do it because she can't verify our order .Well April how can we be expected to do that if we never got a receipt.this is just wrong .We have to pay for your mistake .Claim jumpers is no more I will tell everyone that will listen this place doesn't deserve your business.people are not made of money.Fair business...
Read moreGolden Nugget should be ashamed of this restaurant. Arrived on a Wednesday morning 10:00am for breakfast. There were 3 open tables in the restaurant and my party of two was put on a wait. The host commented that the kitchen and servers has to catch up. I joined the wait and was seated within 10 mins or so. She tried to seat us at the first table next to the kitchen and all the traffic from every server walking by. I requested the empty both against the wall. The host said that she had a larger party on the way for that table. I requested the open table across the dinning room behind the host stand. She said that table again could not be sat as the server had to catch up. I said no problem we’ll sit and wait for service, no problem. She refused and put me back on the wait. I was frustrated by this point and stood right next to her for only 1min then she says oh I can seat you now. Seriously?? What was the point of that!? Server was sweet and took our drink orders and we place food order Soon as she arrive with drinks. Then about 15mins later, I notice the booth I had requested had still not been sat. About 5 more minutes later, the host sat a party of 2 at the booth that I had requested and she refused. Food arrives, oh boy what a mess. We asked what was in the seasonal fruit while ordering. She said strawberries, melon, cantaloupe, grapes, and pineapple. Great we ordered two sides. They came out with no strawberries which is what we really wanted, ask for them, they didn’t have any. My eggs were under cooked, full of oil, no flavor, just nasty. My friends French toast was under cooked, soggy m, no butter was served with it, had to give her mine from my toast. Overall just a poor experience from the host and food quality especially with...
Read moreI don't think I've had a worse dining experience in my life. It was on the morning of 12/8/24. The only positive was the speedy service and the attentive waitstaff. Our server did a fantastic job with such a large section.
Now on to the negatives... First off, some of the most tasteless, overpriced breakfast menu items I've ever had in any restaurant. The overpriced breakfast croissant had a nickel-sized portion of egg in it. The hashbrowns and eggs benedict had no seasoning. The ham was rubbery. Hashbrowns were mush. Sauce made it slightly redeemable...until I found a long, thick, black hair underneath the pool of it. Then here comes the next worst thing about Claim Jumper...
I tell the hostess/manager I find the hair. Note that a full half of the eggs benny was completely untouched, along with most of the mush they called hashbrowns. She says she can't remove the item from the ticket because I ate most of it...as if I didn't mind the hair was there as I ate. Weird. I may have eaten a crayon or two in the past, but I promise you I WILL stop eating if I see a hair that big on my plate. Anyway, she offered to make me a new one, which I reluctantly agreed to. My girlfriend and I just wanted to leave at that point.
I heated it up later that day, and it was better only because it didnt have hair in it, and I was drunk. I also didn't want to abuse any animals by giving them food made by the Claim Jumper kitchen.
Avoid at all costs! Unless you're wasted and price is...
