Used to come here all the time cause I lived about 4 houses away. Came in the other night and the bartender (slightly tall skinny brunette with glasses) interrupted me while I was ordering drinks and said "can I see your ID's". I said "ya that's fine" with a smile and she rudely said "ya I know thats fine it's my job". She then proceeded to check my ID for 30 seconds and I calmly stated "mam I promise it's real I live less than a block away I come in here all the time" to which she even more rudely replied "no you dont". Wanted a nice lunch with girlfriend, went to Pappy's at 12:05pm. Acknowledging the lunch hour traffic (there were only two other couples there), we waited 45 minutes to receive two simple po-boys.
