Subway — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I go here all the time! Always have great customer service! And I DONT ever put a review on anything. This is my first time. Only because of how RUDE and disrespectful one lady was to me! It was like she didn’t care about her job so she didn’t care about the customers...I have three stars because I do like subway and I never had a problem with anyone there until today! But what if I was having a bad day and then she just would have made it worse. Or if I was having a great day and she just made it horrible. Luckily I’m not that kinda person to let other people bring me down. But that did upset me! And I believe if you don’t like your job then don’t work...

The young man that works here needs to be fired. I've never even written a review before but this was so bad I had to share. This man gave me rudest and most awful experience when I went in. He didn't even ask me what I wanted he just stared at me till I said what sandwich I wanted. Then he proceeded to talk to his coworkers instead of making it. And when I asked for a few onions he destroyed it with like 100 onions. Then after taking 5 min to ring me up he starts checking his phone instead of actually ringing me up. Then he proceeds to take 2 dollars out of the tip jar doesn't hand me a receipt and walks away. Worst subway in Louisiana...

Went into this store on Tuesday 1/16/24 about 5pm to order a sandwich. Was immediately asked if I had already ordered. They were making a sandwich for someone already. I said no and she said we asr closing due to weather. The weather that evening was really not that bad and they could have made one more. Or locked their door or put up a sign or something. Very rude and my granddaughter was very upset. And online said open. Never going to that...
