Didn’t even look through all my items cus I rolled them and 90% of them are still rolled. Houston stores are wayyyyyyy better and they go thru it all and actually buy stuff. Not to mention I drive from an hour away. I think it’s very unprofessional that u don’t do your job to the best of ur ability. I’m going to call the corporate office cus I wasted my time and gas and we were driving a truck which is a gas hog. I know they didn’t look thru any of my stuff cus the box is still all rolled up. I do that to fit more inside the box. Not cool at all. Do ur job like ur supposed to do it!!! Don’t make people waste their time and money coming there if ur going to act like u looked thru it when u haven’t!!!! Go to the woodlands or Houston at the mall they really go thru all ur items unlike lake Charles!!

Added after seeing your comment :….yes a few items were long sleeve but if u kept looking there mostly short sleeve with the tags still on the items. Isn’t your job to go thru all the items?? Yes. You did not do that. Some may be older styles but most are current and u wouldn’t know that due to the neglectful employee who didn’t want to look thru the items. She gave me some story of how their older season but how would she know if she didn’t look thru any of it?? There’s no reason she didn’t look thru it. Except incompetent!!! Period!! Like I said everyone who reads this the Houston stores are way better they do their job and go thru all your items!!!! You get a lot more money too!!!

I see u added some new info to my comment. For one u said there is pet hair on the items? That funny since I’m deathly allergic to pet dander and I don’t have any pets. So stop making up excuses and accept that facts are facts. They didn’t go thru my stuff because they’re lazy or incompetent. I’m going to have someone else bring in some stuff for me and wait in the store and see if u guys look thru it if they’re standing there. Also the comment about the shoes is ridiculous cus the ones I brought were brand new that I recieved as gifts and haven’t ever worn them. They’re brands like Stuart weitzman and ferragamo and Kate spade. So to say they were too worn is hilarious since they were new!!’ You guys have excuse after excuse. They’re all BS!!! 7/29/23 - 6pm First time ever stepping foot in this place, everything is neat&clean (dressing rooms could definitely use a sweep though if I'm honest). Plato's Closet vibes, though.. (I hate Plato's closet) And some things, just like at Plato's closet, are just not fairly priced at all. The cashier, "KH" on the receipt, she was very nice and helpful. But the reason I'm leaving the lowest rating possible is simply because of this: I found this cool old oversized t-shirt and for 10$ I was definitely going to try it on. Get in the dressing room, put it on, and me to find out the Entire belly of the shirt was covered in grease stains??? Like, bad. Not a little, but a lot. So at checkout I showed the clearly damaged shirt and was told the "only thing they can do for me is offer 10% off." 10% off!? I'm by no means trying to make the cashier look bad, no. That's not why I'm here. I'm here to say I'll never return to this store because of this store's policy. If this same shirt were at any Goodwill and I said, "I'll give you $4 for this stained up trash shirt" they'd be like, "oh for sure, sold." I bought the shirt just to share how BAD the stains were. To show how ridiculous it is that this shirt, in its clear state, could not be changed in price. This is a great second hand store for people who don't like to do a lot of digging for gems. The prices in this store are a bit higher than your average thrift store, but they have a nicer selection of quality clothing. Sometimes you will find some fast fashion items from shein or fashion nova, but for the most part it is nicer brands and clothing in good shape. They also have a good variety of second hand designer purses. I bought one of my Michael Khors purses from here and it was in excellent condition for an extremely reasonable price. I use that purse all the time now. Their shoe collection is the only thing that is somewhat disappointing to me, I have trouble finding quality brands and good materials.
