Arby's — Restaurant in Lake Forest

Wonderful!!! From the staff, the food, to the clean lobby! Everything was perfect! Each employee talked to me and made me feel taken care of. I was treated with respect and everyone was so friendly. I felt like I accidentally met the staff from a Dutch Bros. The lobby was super clean! I loved that so much!! And the food... oh em gee the food!!! Delicious! I barely spent anything and my bag was heavy with food. Every bite was succulent and dripping in flavors that were spectacular! I swear it was like eating food from Food Wars: Shokugeki. They are lucky I didn't dine in and was just picking up my food. Haha! I will definitely be back in the future! Make sure that if you eat here that you buy a cookie! McDonald's cookies are hot, soft and gooey right across the street, but the cookies from Arby's are in individual wrappers, huge, soft, and taste like fresh gooey cookies! Paola at the drive thru lied. I pulled up at 1:56. She said I couldnt order off of the value menu until 2pm because the "computer wont accept it." I parked my car, was at the register 30 seconds later, and the cashier successfully rung up my order off of the snack menu. I thought "the machine wont accept it before 2pm"? The truth is she just said that because she gets joy out of jamming things up for people if she can. Its hard to think that working at Arbys u have any "authority" but i guess she does, authority over whether she wants to accept your order or not. Paola lied, and shoukd have just taken the order since we all know now that what she said isnt true being that the machine accepted my order at 1:55. I have eaten here at least 5 times now. I was struck by how professional and kind the staff was on 1st visit, just before closing @ 930pm. On 3rd visit, when they were out if 3 pepper sauce packets I suggested using the bulk supply. Instead of the usual yawn and look of why are you asking me to work, the staff person went and used tiny ounce cups to give me some sauce. I was quite touched by the service and gesture. As for food the meals have been spot on no complaints. I would recommend this Arby's to a friend or someone looking for a good meal. This is not staffs fault but as a whole, I do find Arby's to be on the premium side for cost. However if the portions and value are there then so be it.
