Blufig Hookah Lounge – it's truly an exceptional place that has won my heart. As soon as you walk in, your greeted by a team of incredible servers: Summer, Ashley, and Raylene. These amazing servers make me feel like part of their family every time I visit. Their warm hospitality for making stress disappear are qualities that truly set this place apart

let's talk about the hookah experience. Its nothing short of perfection. They offer tons of amazing flavors, catering to every taste bud. Each visit, I tell the servers to surprise me with a new hookah flavor and I’m yet to dislike what I’ve been given. Always been 100% perfect. I must give a special shoutout to Josh, the talented craftsman behind the scenes, for ensuring that every hookah is a masterpiece. I call him the Hookahman.

While I'll admit that the food prices are on the higher side, I can confidently say it's worth every cent. The quality and taste of their dishes are unmatched, making each meal a culinary adventure.

Blufig goes beyond great service and hookah, they curate a unique and soothing music selection that enhances the overall beautiful ambiance.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a big birthday party here, and I can't praise the staff enough. My guests and I were at my house partying and we decided we wanted hookah. So we did what any responsible adult would do. Show up at the hookah lounge at 10pm with no reservations with 35 people. Despite the last-minute request, they quickly arranged seating for all 35 of my guests, making the celebration stress free ( for me at least) and unforgettable. The staff let us dance around, they even joined and danced with us and they brought me out a delicious cake and played happy birthday for me. ON THE HOUSE!!! I’ll never say no to free cake.

Having been a hookah enthusiast for years and visited numerous lounges, I can confidently say that Blufig Hookah Lounge is the best I've ever experienced. It's a place of relaxation, wonderful company, and top-notch hookah. The servers are truly amazing, and their exceptional service has earned my loyalty. Don't bother with this business -- so many arbitrary rules for a place that was almost entirely empty! With only one other party present, they wouldn't allow us sit in one of the corner seats because it was reserved for VIP groups. Then when we requested the laser base for the hookah, same comment: only available for VIP groups. When ordering, we asked for the ice tip and they brought out a regular tip until we reminded them. Halfway through our time there, we were playing with a deck of cards and the manager told us we need to put them away?! Playing cards is central to the authentic culture of hookah... If I could give zero stars, I would considering we were ready to leave 30 minutes in. The only positive thing from this experience was our server -- she was extremely personable. However what's worst of all is that they automatically apply a 18% service charge to which our server informed us doesn't even go towards to the servers... it goes towards the owner/business!! 100% would...

Saw many great reviews, so invited family and friends to go there on a Saturday night. Loved the first impression, and great vibe. Wonderful music played, and a good mix of music from Egypt, Iraq, the Levante, and Persia.

Service is a whole other story. We asked to be seated farther from the music, and we saw one large table. The hostess literally said, "Do you see anywhere you can be seated?" She didn't want to clean the empty table. When it came time to order hookah, the hookah prepper literally said, "Don't make me work harder than I already am; I have 3 others I need to prep." When I asked for directions to the restroom, another gentleman just pointed inattentively in a general direction, without saying a single word.

Basically go for the vibe, but KNOW that you will feel insulted at some point by a general culture of actively not giving a flip about...
