I used to go here and have a good time. Not any more.

One day I noticed my bill was rounded up before tax was added to give me a total. One penny was added to my subtotal. The penny was not important to me, however, the principle of my subtotal being incorrect was. I brought this to the attention of the shift manager who said it was not his fault and he would present this information to the owner.

Just this past Friday, the same thing happened. Two beers at $5.50 came up to give me a total of $11.02. Again, I brought this to the attention of the same manager who went away to call the owner. The manager came back and told me he would take care of the bill, however, I could not return. What?!?!

I asked why I could not return. He told me that the owner said that if I was going to complain about 2 cents, then I didn't need to come back. I asked to speak to the owner but was informed I could not because he was home ill.

Another manager looking person told me that they didn't need people coming here yelling about 2 cents. The fact of the matter is I was calm and just wanted the issue resolved.

I paid my bill with tip and left. There was no explanation for why there was an extra charge on my bill, the leadership just made me feel guilty for noticing their dishonestly. You'll also notice that when you go to Los Cabos, you are not given an itemized receipt and this rounding will generally be kept hidden from customers.

I would like to know who set the dress code for this place???!!!! This is my favorite place to come for taco Tuesday. Fun, friendly and good food.
