ONSIA Sound Art — Attraction in Lake Forest

The product seems to be nice, but I never received any communication for a custom order I placed several months ago at a home show. My kids threw my receipt away on accident, which is my fault. The phone number associated to the transaction on my bank account was invalid. But I was told they would reach out directly to me the following week to set up something with other employees for the company I work for. I never heard from them, and I really wanted the photo. I was finally able to reach someone in their office, and was told it was my responsibility to reach out to them, that they can't keep track of all of their orders???..... Very poor customer service. Although I would like the speaker, I would like a refund at this point.

Edit in response to owner: I have sent you an email directly. My complaint is that not only did I not receive the product I ordered, I never received any communication from your company once I placed my order. The custom argument is invalid. My order has been open with your company for 10 months and you did nothing to fulfill that. This show you are disorganized and have no order management system. An organized company would be able to see unfulfilled orders and address them in a timely manner. The only communication I have received prior to me posting this review was a request for a review. Since my attempts in getting a response from your company did not succeed, I posted this review, which was successful in getting a response. I want to start of by saying I am really excited about this! I want to take a few minutes to highlight Robert Robertson. I reached out to Robert on Facebook to see how he was doing. He started telling me what he was doing now with this product. I was very interested in learning more. Robert could have just continued to message back and forth, like most people would, however he decided to FaceTime me. This right here, was awesome. Robert knew I wanted to learn more and went out of his way to FaceTime me to fully explain the product. Robert was very knowledgeable on the product and answered all my questions. I bought one for my wife and I can not wait for her to open it during Christmas. Robert said something interesting when he was asking for my business. He said that he wouldn’t show me a product if he didn’t believe in it, which you can see from his passion he does. I replied back to him and said Robert the product is amazing, however that is not why I’m going to buy. I am going to buy this product because of you and the experience you have provided while showing me the product. I honestly cannot say enough about how ingenious and functional this product is, I purchased from mike at the Big E at the very beginning of the fair. Not only did I receive the product within the next week but I also had mike calling me about how I liked the product! Spectacular customer service, especially when your used to the average Joe Shmoe selling you something and taking your money and never hearing from them again after making the sale. Mike was thorough in explaining the product and earning my business but then went above and beyond that to ensure my satisfaction. Needless to say after my first purchase and the arrival of my 16x20 custom piece I called and purchased another 2 as Christmas gifts. Great product and even better sales staff/customer service.
