I had the worst customer service experience this morning at this location. I place an order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 7:30am. I got there at 7:45 and my order was not ready. The proton at the counter said that they just forgot and that they will get it ready. It took 15 min to get my order ready. When they handed me the boxes I decided to open them before I left and make sure everything was there and that upset the person that put my order together. My order was not correct, there were items missing. I told the person in the front I had item missing and he decided to ignore me and help someone else. Another person came out from the back and I told him my order was not correct. The person that put together my order then intervened and said those item were not on his ticket. I showed him my receipt and he was extremely rude to me and told me that the items were not on his ticket. The other person check his ticket and the missing items were there so he proceeded to add them to my order. The way the person I. The counter talked to me was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I did t make the mistake he did and I was not rude to him. I was 30 minutes late to work. I received the worst customer service and he didn't even have the decency to apologize for my order not being...
Read moreordered a cake from this location for my husband’s birthday and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The cake was extremely salty — not just a little, but so salty that nobody could even take a bite. I was embarrassed in front of my guests because of it.
Before ordering the cake, I had visited this bakery and really enjoyed the pastries — they were fresh and delicious. That’s why I trusted them for such an important occasion. Sadly, along with the cake issue, even the coffee we ordered during my last visit was old and cold. I understand coffee isn’t always brewed fresh, but both of these experiences left me disappointed.
The bakery is located in Twin Peaks Plaza, which has a decent amount of parking and is easy to find. The area itself is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Parking is shared with the plaza, so at busier times it can take a few minutes to find a spot, but usually it’s manageable.
I truly hope the management pays more attention to quality control, because the location is nice and has potential. For now, I cannot recommend ordering...

I'll keep the main criticisms simple. They give you paper straws for the iced beverages, which aren't pleasant to drink through, and easily bend because of the ice. They also only play "minimized" (read: guitar and lady singing) covers of popular music, which I'm not particularly fond of.
For those unaware: contrary to the name, this is not a French bakery café, nor do they serve French bread. Instead, this is a Korean-owned chain with international branches. Regarding what it serves, it is most similar to the 85C chain of Asian-style bakery cafés, if you have ever been to those.
But in my opinion, 85C does it better. The overall experience there is better, and from what I can remember, there is a wider (and better) selection of pastries and drinks, and not as much of a fake, "corporatized" atmosphere. Paris Baguette just makes me want to go...
