I recently visited Amala's Table, a fantastic food truck, and ordered the Andalusian Chicken. Let me just say—it was absolutely delicious! The chicken had a perfect balance of spices, with just enough heat to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The basmati rice was cooked to perfection, and I’m officially addicted—it paired so well with the dish. The side salad was fresh and had just the right mix of ingredients to complement the meal.

Ordering was so incredibly easy—I called in my order, and when I walked up, it was ready to go. I had my food in under three minutes! We used Amal’s Table catering services for a family outdoor event celebration May 2023. She went above and beyond with creating menu substitutions to accommodate food allergies (dairy, egg, and nuts). I have never worked with someone like Amal before, she put me at such ease. I knew she would take care of us and she did. Everyone was blown away by her beautiful set-up, presentation, and the food was absolutely delicious!! I literally did not have to do or bring anything. The food was not what I expected since I ordered this gyro meal, lots of other states. For a food truck, they did a great job. They offered a samole for me to try the meat I was interested in, which was delicious. The meat was a little charred on the ends in my order. Next time, I'd get the wrap instead of the platter since I spilled my hummus all over, carrying it to the office...careful carrying it. It's totally my fault.
