Shaka Shack — Restaurant in Clute

It was a nice, quiet atmosphere. Until our children made it a not so quiet atmosphere, of course. The staff was really chill and extremely helpful at choosing which coffee to get. The s'mores iced coffee was just as a s'mores coffee should be. It wasn't overly sweet like other coffee joints. If I order coffee, I want to still taste the coffee aspect of the drink. This was exactly that. The fresh squeezed lemonade! Oh my gosh! I'm a big lemonade person and this was like the carnival lemonade of yore. Back when the old lady in the back was hastily squeezing lemons to make fresh batches. It was a very nostalgic experience. The kids played with the places appropriately giant sized Jenga, giant connect four, and air hockey, while the adults were able to sit, visit, and watch the kids play. We'll definitely go back. My first experience at this establishment was awesome, But my last visit was bad. I ordered a small Italian ice and a 32ounce cup of shaved ice plain and my total was $9.14 Now, the menu states a small Italian ice is $3.50. So that means they charge for a 32 ounce of shaved ice $5.62. I called yesterday to talk to a manager and she or he was supposed to call me back. My phone has yet to ring. You have lost my business.
